9 Reasons why Zummo customers are cheerful
1. Yield
In a recent independent test of the main citrus juicers, Restaurant Magazine demonstrated that the Zummo Z14 squeezed 14% more juice than our nearest rival. Other machines will splash juice all over the place with much of it washing into the waste bins.
2. Just the Juice
With it's unique squeezing system, Zummo machines ensure that the juice never comes into contact with the peel. Most other citrus juicers will spray orange juice all over the skin, which contaminates the drink with bitter oils and pesticides. Suppliers of other commercial citrus juicers should advise their customers to only use organic oranges with their machines. Owners of Zummo machines are able to use any type of orange, happy in the knowledge that the juice is contaminant free.
3. Oranges are not the only fruit
Zummo machines are the only machines able to squeeze a wide variety of citrus fruit, from limes and lemons all the way up to grapefruit. While this can expand your potential offering to customers it also insures against being stuck with either large of small oranges that some juicers simply cannot squeeze.

With a programmable control panel, staff are able to select the number of oranges for a cup, press 'start' and then continue with another job, maybe make a coffee, while the Zummo will automatically stop once it has made the cup of orange juice.

No one wants to spend ages stripping down and cleaning a messy machine, especially at busy times, which is why the design of the Zummo machines focused heavily on ease of cleaning. With so few moving parts to reassemble, Zummo machines take literally less than 5 minutes to clean.

Zummo UK have been trading for over 10 years and to our knowledge, every single machine we have sold is still in good working order. Recently, a greengrocer in Lancashire asked us to service his machines and we discovered that it had squeezed 1.25 million oranges and he'd only had the machine 4 years!
8. No long term contracts
At Zummo we don't try and tie our customers into a lengthy contract. Some of our competitors will tie their customers into lengthy 3 year Free On Loan deals with a weekly minimum order of oranges whether they are used or not. For our Free On Loan and rental customers we prefer to use a 7 day agreement and never insist on our customers taking oranges that they don't need. This keeps us on our toes and ensures that we give our customers the best possible service.
9. Unbeatable service
For 10 years now we have been giving our customers unbeatable after sales support. If a Zummo machine should suffer a breakdown we will always send out a Zummo engineer within 24 hours. If the problem isn't immediately fixable then we leave our customer with a replacment machine so that there is minimum disruption and downtime with the resulting loss of sales. At Zummo UK we appreciate that these machines can be business critical, especially in juice bars, so consequently we will only send out Zummo engineers and not rely on third party services. |
